Viewtracker's standard reports

The Viewtracker app has powerful built-in global, space-specific, and page-specific (content) reports. Read more about each here:

Content Report

  • Viewtracker icon in page's breadcrumb

  • page menu (…) → Content Report

     

Space Report

Space tools → Analytics Cockpit

Global Report

  • Confluence Settings → Analytics Cockpit
    (visible to Confluence Administrators only)

  • Confluence header → Analytics Cockpit (visible to users who have been granted access)

Content & Usage Report

  • Confluence Settings → Analytics Cockpit (visible to Confluence Administrators only) → Content & Usage

  • Confluence header → Analytics Cockpit (visible to users who have been granted access) → Content & Usage

Attachments Report

  • Confluence Settings → Analytics Cockpit → Attachments
    (visible to Confluence Administrators only)

  • Confluence header → Analytics Cockpit (visible to users who have been granted access)

Search Report

  • Confluence Settings → Analytics Cockpit → Search
    (visible to Confluence Administrators only)

  • Confluence header → Analytics Cockpit (visible to users who have been granted access)

Confluence URL Reports

  • Confluence Settings → Analytics Cockpit → URLs

 

In all reports, you can:

  • choose between different time ranges to see how Confluence content performed over time.

  • export the data into a CSV file, see Export Viewtracker Data.

 



Do you miss anything?

Choose between these three options if you did not find what you were looking for in the reports: 

  1. Build your own custom space report explained in Special reports.

  2. Use our Viewtracker - REST Reporting API to build your own report in a tool of your choice.

  3. Contact us - maybe we love your idea and will implement it in a future release.
